Westin's TrailBlazer Series Rear Bumper for Jeep� Wrangler is an easy installation for anyone that knows how to use a ratchet and a torque wrench. This installation overview is for the 2007-11 model vehicle, part number 42-3015.

Right out of the box, the product comes securely packaged, wrapped and protected with foam block bumpers to prevent damage during shipping. It includes the 1-piece TrailBlazer Rear Bumper, mounting kit, and Installation Instructions.
MOUNT KIT CONTENTS
- 1 - Rear Bumper
- 4 - 12mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolts
- 4 - 12mm Flat Washers
- 4 - 12mm Lock Washers
- 2 - Washer Plates
The installation is a quick 6-step process that can be completed with just a ratchet and a torque wrench.
- STEP 1 - Open product box and verify that required parts are present. Read instructions carefully prior to installation.
- STEP 2 - Remove the O.E, Bumper by removing the side brackets and the two center brackets behind the factory bumper.
- STEP 3 - Mount TrailBlazer Bumper by inserting the welded brackets into vehicle frame openings.
- STEP 4 - Position Washer Plate on the outer side of the frame. Align holes on the Washer Plate with holes on the frame and the Mounting Bracket. Secure them together with the included (4) 12mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolts, (4) 12mm Flat Washers, and (4) Lock Washers (Figure 3). Do not tighten at this time.
- STEP 5 - Level and adjust the Trailblazer Bumper, then tighten all hardware to 55 ft/lb.
- STEP 6 - Periodically check and re-tighten the hardware as necessary.
